Description

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in building construction projects to join our team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in building construction projects.
Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract administration.
Experience with tendering, subcontractor evaluation, and cost control.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software is an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Review drawings and specifications.
Prepare cost estimates and monitor project costs.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and payment applications.
Prepare variation orders and final accounts.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure effective cost management.
