We are looking for an experienced Bakery Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring high product quality, excellent customer service, and efficient team performance.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of the bakery.
Lead, train, and motivate the bakery team.
Ensure consistent quality, freshness, and presentation of bakery products.
Monitor food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of ingredients.
Schedule staff and oversee productivity.
Minimize waste and control production costs.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints.
Coordinate with management to achieve sales and operational targets.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bakery Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of bakery production and food safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
GCC experience is an advantage.
