Description

We are seeking a skilled, professional, and client-focused Masseur to join our wellness team. In this role, you will work with a diverse client base to relieve physical stress, support muscle recovery, ease chronic tension, and promote overall body wellness through tailored massage therapy techniques.
Key Responsibilities
•Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations before providing treatments.
•Assess clients' physical condition and identify areas of muscle tension or discomfort.
•Deliver specialized massage techniques tailored to active gym members.
•Support post-workout muscle recovery, strain relief, and mobility enhancement in alignment with personal fitness goals.
•Educate clients on proper stretching, posture, hydration, and self-care techniques between training sessions.
•Maintain clean, sanitized, and fully stocked treatment areas adhering to strict hygiene standards and equipped before and after each appointment.
•Follow all company policies, health and safety regulations, and professional standards.
•Monitor the availability of massage supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues to management.
Requirements & Skills
•Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Masseur or Massage Therapist.
•Professional certification or relevant training in massage therapy.
•Good knowledge of different massage techniques and their applications.
•Knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety standards.
•Strong customer service and client-handling abilities.
•Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
