Position Details
* Role: Office Coordinator
* Gender: Female Only
* Reporting To: Manager
* Salary: 200 – 250 (Based on Excel knowledge and learning agility)
* Target Audience: Open to Expatriates
Key Responsibilities
* Data Management: Maintain, update, and organize company records and spreadsheets using MS Excel and Odoo ERP.
* System Coordination: Work closely with ERP software environments to input and track everyday business data.
* Office Support: Handle day-to-day office tasks, emails, routine correspondence, and digital filing.
* Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for routine office inquiries.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Computer Skills: Excellent computer literacy with high proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data sorting, and spreadsheets).
* ERP Knowledge: Highly familiar with ERP workflows. Experience with Odoo ERP is a major advantage, but you must be a fast learner who can pick up the system quickly.
* Traits: Sharp attention to detail, highly organized, and able to learn new software and workflows rapidly.
* Language: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
