Job Vacancy: Secretary

We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and professional Secretary to join our team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree (Graduate) in any discipline.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in tally
• Knowledge of general office administration and documentation.
• Ability to handle correspondence, emails, telephone calls, and filing systems.
• Experience in scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Prefer who are on (flexi visa or part time)
