Temporary Service Technician Required

We are looking to hire a Service Technician on a temporary basis. Candidates with a free visa will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and replace faulty parts based on customer complaints.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify the root cause of product malfunctions.
• Source and order spare parts while maintaining inventory.
• Prioritize repairs in line with the FIFO service policy.
• Provide repair cost estimates to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Report technical issues and product abnormalities.
• Advise customers on the proper use and care of appliances.
• Keep updated on new products and SKUs.
