Description

We are looking for a skilled Landscape Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing detailed landscape drawings and working closely with landscape architects, designers, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed landscape drawings, plans, and construction documents.
Develop site layouts, planting plans, hardscape details, irrigation layouts, and grading drawings.
Revise drawings based on client and project requirements.
Coordinate with landscape architects, engineers, and project managers.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and local standards.
Maintain organized project documentation and drawing records.
Support project execution with accurate technical drawings.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Landscape Draftsman (preferred).
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
Experience with SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, or other 3D visualization software is an advantage.
Good understanding of landscape construction, planting, hardscape, irrigation, and grading drawings.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Good communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of local landscaping standards and construction practices.
Experience preparing BOQs and quantity take-offs is an added advantage.
Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
