Description

Reservation Staff Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (a diploma or degree in hospitality or tourism is an advantage).
Previous experience in reservations, customer service, hospitality, or a related role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with reservation or booking systems (e.g., hotel, airline, restaurant, or travel booking software) is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and customer information.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
