*Key Responsibilities*
1. *Guest Service*: Greet guests, take drink and food orders, and serve with a friendly, professional attitude
2. *Table Management*: Maintain cleanliness of tables, vip booths, and bar areas during service
3. *Order Accuracy*: Communicate orders to bar and kitchen accurately and handle billing/pos system
4. *Upselling*: Recommend premium drinks, bottle service, shisha, and promotions to maximize sales
5. *VIP & Table Service*: Attend to VIP tables, maintain discretion, and ensure high-level hospitality
6. *Cash Handling*: Process payments, handle cash/cards, and manage receipts accurately
7. *Compliance & Hygiene*: Follow Bahrain MOH and club hygiene, dress code, and licensing standards
8. *Teamwork*: Coordinate with bartenders, DJs, security, and floor managers for smooth operations

*Requirements*
- *Experience*: Minimum 1-2 years as a waitress in bar, lounge, restaurant, or nightclub preferred
- *Language*: English required. Arabic is a plus for guest communication
- *Skills*: Customer service, quick service, good memory, polite and confident personality
- *Appearance*: Well-groomed, professional, and presentable
