• Education: A technical diploma, ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification, or vocational training in HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical fields.
• Experience: Hands-on experience (usually 3 to 8+ years) with central AC systems, commercial chillers, or heavy-duty refrigeration equipment.
• Key Skills: Expertise in gas leak detection, compressor replacement, and reading electrical schematics. and Time management is vital.
