Karisma Medical Center is seeking experienced and motivated male or female candidates to join our team in Bahrain.

Available Positions:

* Receptionist
* Call Center Agent

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in Reception, Customer Service, or Call Center roles.
* Strong computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office, booking systems, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to manage appointments, customer inquiries, follow-ups, and daily administrative tasks efficiently.
* Candidates with previous experience in laser clinics, beauty centers, aesthetic clinics, medical centers, or similar industries will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcoming and assisting clients professionally.
* Managing appointments and maintaining accurate customer records.
* Handling phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries.
* Following up with clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Supporting daily operations and coordinating with different departments.
