Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to manage our e-commerce operations, online marketing, deliveries, and outdoor sales. The ideal candidate should be willing to take ownership of day-to-day operations and help grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and update the e-commerce website.
* Add new products, descriptions, pricing, and product images.
* Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and the website.
* Process online orders and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
* Carry out deliveries.
* Visit retail shops, offices and other potential customers to generate new business and increase sales.
* Build relationships with wholesale and retail clients.
* Monitor inventory and maintain stock records.
* Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, deliveries, and marketing activities.

Requirements

* Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail sales is preferred.
* Valid Bahrain driving license (required).
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Basic knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Canva is an advantage.
* Self-motivated, organized, and willing to work both in the office and outdoors.
* Ability to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
