Experienced local hire male or female Indian Accountant.
An accountant manages and analyzes financial data to ensure an organization's records are accurate and compliant with regulations. They are responsible for recording daily transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing tax returns, and generating financial reports that drive business decisions.
Core Responsibilities
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Reconciliation: Ensure accuracy by reconciling general ledgers, bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Compliance & Taxation: Compute taxes, prepare tax returns, and ensure all financial practices comply with government regulations and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP)
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist management in analyzing revenue, tracking expenses, and building financial forecasts.
• Auditing & Controls: Audit financial documents, review expenses, and maintain the integrity of the database.

Key Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Certifications: Professional credentials like a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA are highly valued and often required for career advancement.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Talley, QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Analytical Skills: High attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies or trends within complex data.
• Communication: Ability to break down and explain complex financial health or liquidity data to non-financial stakeholders
• 8 - 10 Hours Duty
• Weekly one day off.
• Salary depending on experience.
• Visa, Accommodation & Transport provided by the company.
