About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven female Marketing Executive to join our PRO Office. The primary responsibility of this role is to actively acquire new clients for our monthly-based services and consistently achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our monthly service packages.
Identify, approach, and convert potential clients through field visits, networking, calls, and digital outreach.
Meet and exceed monthly client acquisition targets (target-based role).
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and referrals.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of new clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and performance against targets.
Represent the PRO Office professionally in the market.
Requirements

Female candidates only.
Valid driving license (must be able to travel for client meetings and field work).
Minimum graduation (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet targets.
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or client acquisition is an advantage.
