Job Vacancy: General Manager – Liquid & Solid Waste Management Division
Department: Liquid & Solid Waste Management Division
About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead and develop our Liquid and Solid Waste Management Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for business development, client relationship management, operational planning, and overall division performance, with a focus on industrial services for refineries, petrochemical complexes, and major industrial clients.
Scope of Services
The division specializes in:
• Industrial Chemical Cleaning Services
• High-Pressure Water Jetting Services
• Liquid and Solid Waste Management
• Tanker Services
• Skip Services
• Industrial Cleaning and Maintenance Services
• Refinery and Petrochemical Plant Cleaning Operations
Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Experience & Skills
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role within the industrial cleaning, waste management, refinery, or petrochemical service industry.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, and operations management.
• Sound knowledge of:
o Industrial chemical cleaning works
o High-pressure water jetting operations
o Tanker and skip services
o Liquid and solid waste management practices
o Refinery and petrochemical maintenance services
• Demonstrated ability to develop business opportunities, secure contracts, and achieve sales targets.
• Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage workforce, equipment, and operational resources efficiently.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
• Valid GCC driving license.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and market the division's services to refineries, petrochemical plants, power stations, and industrial clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and secure contracts.
• Manage daily operations and ensure efficient utilization of manpower and equipment.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, technical proposals, and commercial submissions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Achieve division sales and profitability targets.
Preference
• Candidates with GCC experience will be given preference.
• Existing contacts within refineries, petrochemical complexes, and major industrial companies will be an added advantage.
