Description

We are looking an Civil engineer/ Project manager to join out team.


Salary : Negotiable
Experience : swimming pool construction field
Minimum experience 5 years in similar field is mandatory


Core responsibilities :
1. Planning & Pre-Construction Design & Engineering: Create or review pool structural and architectural designs (e.g., shape, depth, reinforcement) and hydraulic plans. Permits & Codes: Secure required local municipality building permits and ensure the design meets strict safety and zoning regulations. Budgeting & Scheduling: Develop the project budget, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and establish a strict timeline for completion.
2. Execution & Site Management Excavation & Structural Work: Supervise soil excavation, steel reinforcement (rebar), and concrete/shotcrete casting to guarantee structural integrity. MEP Coordination: Oversee the installation of specialized pool systems, including filtration, pumps, piping, heating, and underwater lighting. Quality & Safety Control: Enforce safety protocols, ensure strict quality control (e.g., pressure testing pipes, leak prevention), and conduct daily site inspections.
3. Administration & Handover Vendor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure on-time material delivery and proper workflow. Client Communication: Provide regular progress updates and address client concerns or design modifications. Commissioning: Manage the final filling, water balancing, system testing, and project handover to the client.
