We are hiring an Store Keeper for an reputed construction company in Bahrain

Salary : 150 - 250 BD

core duties and responsibilities :
1. Receiving & Shipping Verify Deliveries: Inspect incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes for correct quantity and quality. Dispatch & Distribution: Pick, pack, and release materials against authorized requisition notes or pick lists to requesting departments.
2. Stock Management & Organization Inventory Control: Log all stock movements, monitor inventory levels, and process purchase requisitions to maintain optimal stock. Systematic Storage: Organize items logically on shelves and in bins, and ensure proper storage conditions (e.g., controlling temperature or using First-In, First-Out or FIFO methods).
3. Record Keeping & Auditing Documentation: Maintain accurate physical and digital records of all transactions using inventory management software. Auditing: Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies with system balances.4. Safety & Security Facility Maintenance: Keep the storeroom clean, hazard-free, and organized. Risk Prevention: Safeguard inventory against theft, damage, and spoilage, while ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
