HIRING - CARWASH GARAGE SUPERVISOR with minimum 3 - 5 years experience in Bahrain & Ready to join.

Ensuring cleanliness and organized display.

Oversee the workflow of washing, polishing, and detailing vehicles to ensure maximum efficiency and quick turnaround.

Supervise, train, and mentor a team of car wash technicians, detailers, and customer service representatives.

Create staff rotas, manage shift schedules, and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

Personally handle client inquiries, quote prices for specialized services (like ceramic coatings or paint correction), and resolve any complaints promptly.Drive revenue by identifying upselling opportunities and ensuring customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
