Description

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Building Maintenance Supervisor (All-Rounder) to oversee and maintain our propertie in Bahrain.

​Key Responsibilities:

​*. Supervise daily maintenance operations and handle hands-on repairs across multiple trades.

​*. Perform and oversee troubleshooting for electrical, plumbing, HVAC (AC), and basic masonry/carpentry work.

​*. Conduct regular inspections of the building premises to identify and resolve safety or maintenance issues.

​*. Manage maintenance staff or external contractors, ensuring work is completed safely and on time.

*. Keep a clear inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts.

​Requirements:

​*. Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Multi-Skilled Technician.

​*. All-Round" expertise: Strong, practical skills in electrical, plumbing, painting, and AC maintenance.

​*. Good leadership and communication skills to coordinate a team and handle tenant/management requests.

​*. Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent maintenance emergencies.

​*. Must currently be residing in Bahrain (local transfer preferred.
