Job Summary:
Adel jewellery is seeking for a young and professional, flexible, and multi-task employee to support the daily operations of the sales department. The selected candidate will represent the company at our retail outlet and during exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and basic numerical and calculation knowledge, while always maintaining a neat and presentable appearance.
The employee will support different departments as needed to ensure smooth business operations and provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner.
• Assist in selling gold jewellery, wholesale and bullion.
• Support the wholesale department and daily sales operations.
• Promote any subsidiary during exhibitions and events.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Assist with basic calculations and invoicing.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
• Build relationships with retail and wholesale customers.
• Learn market trends and competitor pricing.
• Support social media and promotional activities when required.
• Maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Ensure proper handling and security of valuable products

Requirements Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum high school certificate.
• Young, motivated, and presentable personality.
• Well-groomed and professional in dealing with customers.
• Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.
• Basic mathematics and calculation skills.
