Part-Time Marketing Executive / Office Coordinator Required

A growing Management Consultancy and Document Clearance Company is looking for a dynamic and professional **Marketing Executive / Office Coordinator (Part-Time)** to join our team.

**Visa Status Preferred:**
✔ Free Visa Holders
✔ Dependent Visa Holders
✔ Flexi Visa Holders

**Note:** Candidates who demonstrate excellent performance, commitment, and contribute to business growth may be offered a company-sponsored visa in the future.

**Job Responsibilities:**
• Handle client inquiries and office administration
• Coordinate visa, LMRA, GOSI, CPR, EWA, and document clearance services
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business)
• Create marketing content, posts, and advertisements
• Follow up with clients and maintain customer relationships
• Assist with company formation and consultancy services
• Maintain office records and documentation
• Support daily business operations and customer service

**Requirements:**
• Must be currently residing in Bahrain
• Good communication skills in English
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience in social media marketing and customer service
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) are an advantage
• Experience in LMRA, GOSI, SIJILAT, MOH, EWA, and visa services is preferred
• Freshers with strong communication and computer skills may also apply
