Description

Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
* Plan daily food preparation and ensure timely service.
* Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
* Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
* Monitor food inventory and report shortages.
* Properly store ingredients and food items.
* Follow food safety and health regulations.
* Work closely with kitchen staff and management.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chinese Cook.
* Knowledge of Chinese cuisine, sauces, noodles, fried rice, soups, and stir-fry dishes.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Good teamwork and communication skills.
* Ability to maintain high hygiene standards.
* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
