Description

Prepare authentic Kerala dishes such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and traditional meals.
* Cook Kerala specialties including biryani, fish curry, beef fry, chicken curry, sadhya items, appam, puttu, porotta, and seafood dishes.
* Ensure food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained.
* Manage kitchen inventory and inform management about stock requirements.
* Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety regulations.
* Work efficiently during busy hours and support other kitchen staff.
* Plan daily menus and assist in introducing new dishes.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kerala Cook.
* Good knowledge of traditional Kerala cuisine.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Immediate joining preferred.
