Assistant Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare invoices, quotations, and payment vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Assist in payroll processing and expense tracking.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
Support the Accounts Department with daily administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Local hire only.
