Job Title: QA/QC Engineer (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)

Location: Bahrain

Requirements:

* Minimum 3-5 years of QA/QC experience in Bahrain construction projects.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
* Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection requirements, and project specifications.
* Experience in preparing and reviewing ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, Method Statements, and Inspection Requests.
* Familiarity with international standards, project specifications, and quality management systems.
* Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation.
* Good communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities:

* Implement and monitor project quality control procedures.
* Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
* Prepare and submit inspection requests, material submittals, and quality reports.
* Coordinate inspections with clients and consultants.
* Review and maintain QA/QC documentation and records.
* Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
* Ensure proper testing and inspection of materials and completed works.
* Participate in quality audits and project quality meetings.
* Support project teams in achieving project quality objectives.

Preferred: Candidates currently available in Bahrain with experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or MEP projects.
