Star Manpower Supply is looking to hire a Riders Operations Officer to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor riders’ attendance and shift schedules.
• Continuously monitor the Live Dashboard and operational performance.
• Ensure riders are online and reporting to duty on time.
• Track and improve operational KPIs, including Fill Rate.
• Handle riders’ daily issues and provide prompt solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with riders and support them throughout their shifts.
• Prepare and follow up on daily operational reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in operations, logistics, or fleet management is preferred.
