Key Responsibilities

Mix paints accurately based on customer requirements and specifications
Handle counter sales and assist walk-in customers
Provide product recommendations (decorative & protective paints)
Maintain proper stock levels
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the mixing area
Prepare invoices and process billing
Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction


Requirements
Experience in paint mixing (preferably with brands like Hempel or Jotun)
Knowledge of decorative and protective coatings
Good communication and sales skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Basic computer knowledge (billing/invoicing)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
