HR Executive (Male)

Job Responsibilities:
- handling recruitment processes
- implementing HR policies and procedures
- conducting hiring and preparing employment contracts
- leading onboarding
- handling probationary feedback, terminations, and employee exits
- provides consultancy to management on labor law matters
- managing disciplinary actions, and addressing employee queries on administrative and HR

Qualifications:
- Any graduate, with MBA specialized in Human Resources or Equivalent
- Must be proficient in Verbal & written communications
- Proactive in identifying needs, using standard software like Microsoft Office
- Must be able to Manage people effectively in line with organizational policies and procedures
- Must have interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, attention to detail and diplomacy
- with GCC experience

Salary: 400-600 BHD (depends on experience)
