We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our carpentry factory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for joinery, carpentry, and interior fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

-Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
-Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations.
-Calculate material, labor, and production costs.
-Coordinate with the production and procurement teams.
-Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations.
-Monitor project costs and assist with budget control.
-Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and tender submissions.

Requirements

-Minimum 2 years of experience in carpentry, joinery, or fit-out estimation.
-Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
-Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and costing.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or estimation software.
-Strong analytical and communication skills.
-Experience in the GCC is an advantage.
