Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling calls and inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Handle reception and front desk activities efficiently.
Maintain visitor logs and coordinate appointments and meeting schedules.
Support administrative and clerical tasks, including filing and document management.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
Manage office correspondence, courier services, and incoming/outgoing mail.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Assist management with additional administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joining availability is mandatory.
Proven experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Knowledge of office management procedures.
Additional language skills will be an advantage.
