Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, chillers, split units, package units, AHUs, and FCUs.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related HVAC issues.
Monitor system performance and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, and repair work in accordance with safety standards.
Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance personnel to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Requirements
Currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or Air Conditioning Technician.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults.
Knowledge of refrigerant handling and HVAC safety practices.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit and able to perform maintenance work in various environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical diploma, ITI, vocational certification, or equivalent in HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines.
Experience in commercial buildings, residential properties, hotels, hospitals, or facility management projects.
HVAC-related certifications will be an added advantage.
Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred.
