We are looking for an experienced, skilled Grill Employee / Kebab Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience operating a traditional, heavy-duty Iranian Grill Machine and handling long Persian-style skewers (Seekh Kebab/Kubideh, Joojeh, and Tikka)


Key Responsibilities:
• Expertly operate and manage the Iranian Gas/Charcoal Grill.
• Prepare, skewer, and grill meats uniformly using traditional long skewers.
• Maintain precise heat control on the Iranian grill to ensure perfectly cooked, juicy meat.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic grilling station.


Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Grillman, specifically handling Iranian-style grill
• Ability to work fast and efficiently during rush hours.
• Must currently be inside Bahrain.
