We are looking for an experienced factory foreman for our interior fit-out, joinery, events & exhibition production facility in Salmabad. Only apply if you have strong hands-on experience in a carpentry/joinery workshop environment and can independently manage factory production flow, manpower, and site coordination. Salary: BHD 400–500 based on experience and capabilities.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years experience in joinery/interior fit-out/events production
- Currently available in Bahrain
- Must have hands-on carpentry/joinery workshop experience
- Must be able to read AutoCAD/shop drawings.
- Must independently prepare production-ready cut lists from drawings.
- Must be able to handle 15–20 workers, including carpenters, painters, helpers & drivers.
- Hindi & basic English communication required
- A valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Local transfer preferred

Job Responsibilities:
- Study shop drawings and prepare an accurate material procurement list/number of sheets required for production.
- Plan and supervise daily production activities in the correct sequence
- Train the junior carpenters
- Coordinate factory production, finishing, delivery, installation, dismantling, and storage operations
- Coordinate with external suppliers and subcontractors such as: Glass fabricators, Gypsum contractors, Steel fabricators
- Conduct full QC checks before dispatch and after installation
- Prepare daily production reports for management including: Work completed, Planned work for next day, Labour allocation, Progress status of each structure/project
- Handle site measurements, labor planning, delivery planning, material requisitions, and installation coordination
- Ensuring to follow a checklist of tools & hardware to be taken to a site in advance without having the need to go multiple times.
- Supervise touch-ups, putty works, repainting, and final finishing during installations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time without excuses.

Working Hours:
- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- 6 days per week
- Friday weekly off
- This is a responsibility-based role. No overtime will be provided. During peak event seasons, long working hours may be required.
