Civil foreman
We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.

Main responsibilities

* Supervise daily site activities and allocate work to labourers and subcontractors.
* Read drawings and coordinate setting out, levels, and measurements.
* Monitor concrete, reinforcement, formwork, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
* Arrange materials, tools, and manpower according to the work schedule.
* Check workmanship, reduce material wastage, and maintain site housekeeping.
* Enforce PPE requirements and safe working practices.
* Report daily progress, attendance, material requirements, and site issues.
* Coordinate with the project engineer to complete work on schedule.

Candidate requirements

* Minimum 5 years of relevant civil construction experience, preferably in Bahrain or the GCC.
* Ability to read construction drawings and take site measurements.
* Practical knowledge of civil construction methods and finishing works.
* Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple work teams.
* Basic English communication; Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
* Bahrain driving licence preferred.
