HVAC Project Engineer

• Lead and manage HVAC projects (installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC)
• Able to handle Varies type of projects (Villa, Multistory Bldg, Commercial Bldg, Warehouse, Hospital Bldg.)
• Proficient in conducting heat load calculations (using HAP), equipment selection, and ductwork layout, ensuring compliance with ASHRAE standards and industry regulations.
• Review project drawings, design and project execution
• Coordinate and meet with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Able to prepare letter as per site requirement.
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion within budget and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress reports.
• Handle and supervise Project subordinates, including Project Engineers
• Client handling & communication
• Preparing application for payment as per site progress.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles and system integration.
• Experience in project management and site supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• GCC experience is required.
• Should have GCC valid driving license.
• Fluent in English
