Description

We are looking for a Pastry Commis / Dessert Preparation Assistant to support the owner of a Bahraini dessert restaurant.

This role is ideal for someone hardworking, clean, organized, and willing to assist with dessert preparation. You do not need to be a head chef, but you should have basic kitchen or bakery experience.

Job Roles:
• Assist the owner with preparing Bahraini sweets and desserts
• Prepare ingredients such as dates, nuts, flour, cream, chocolate, and toppings
• Help with mixing, measuring, portioning, baking support, and dessert assembly
• Pack and arrange desserts for daily service
• Clean workstations, tools, trays, and kitchen equipment
• Follow instructions carefully and maintain consistency
• Support daily kitchen tasks as needed

Required Skills:
• Basic experience in a kitchen, bakery, pastry shop, or dessert business
• Willingness to learn and follow recipes
• Clean, organized, and reliable
• Able to measure ingredients accurately
• Able to work quickly during busy hours
• Positive attitude and no issue assisting with cleaning and prep work
• Candidates currently in Bahrain are preferred

Salary: BD 250–300 depending on experience

نبحث عن Pastry Commis / مساعد تحضير حلويات لمساعدة صاحبة مطعم متخصص في الحلويات البحرينية.

هذه الوظيفة مناسبة لشخص مجتهد، نظيف، منظم، ومستعد للمساعدة في تحضير الحلويات. لا يشترط أن يكون شيف رئيسي، ولكن يفضل وجود خبرة بسيطة في المطبخ أو المخبوزات.

المهام الوظيفية:
• مساعدة صاحبة المطعم في تحضير الحلويات البحرينية والحلويات الأخرى
• تجهيز المكونات مثل التمر، المكسرات، الطحين، الكريمة، الشوكولاتة، والإضافات
• المساعدة في الخلط، القياس، التقسيم، دعم الخبز، وتجميع الحلويات
• تغليف وترتيب الحلويات للخدمة اليومية
• تنظيف مكان العمل، الأدوات، الصواني، ومعدات المطبخ
• اتباع التعليمات بدقة والحفاظ على جودة ثابتة
• دعم مهام المطبخ اليومية حسب الحاجة

المهارات المطلوبة:
• خبرة بسيطة في مطبخ، مخبز، محل حلويات، أو مطعم
• الرغبة في التعلم واتباع الوصفات
• النظافة، التنظيم، والالتزام
• القدرة على قياس المكونات بدقة
• القدرة على العمل بسرعة وقت الضغط
• شخصية إيجابية ولا توجد مشكلة في المساعدة في التنظيف والتحضير
• يفضل أن يكون المتقدم موجودًا في البحرين

الراتب:
250 – 300 دينار بحريني حسب
