Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve coffee, juices, mojitos, shakes, and other beverages while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service.

Responsibilities
Prepare coffee beverages such as espresso, latte, cappuccino, americano, and specialty drinks
Make fresh juices, mojitos, smoothies, milkshakes, and other cold beverages
Handle beverage presentation professionally and consistently
Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, blenders, counters, and work area
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, fruits, and other ingredients
Follow recipes and portion standards accurately
Assist customers with menu recommendations and orders
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times
Handle customer requests politely and professionally
Support team operations during busy hours
Requirements
Previous experience as a Barista or beverage maker preferred
Knowledge of coffee preparation and basic latte art is an advantage
Ability to prepare juices, mocktails, and cold drinks
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexible with shifts and working hours
Clean, organized, and professional appearance
