* Experience with sourdough fermentation and bread making preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Knowledge of dough handling, proofing, shaping, and baking
* Team player with good hygiene and organisation
* Passion for quality food and consistency

Responsibilities:
* Preparing pizza dough and sourdough bread
* Managing fermentation and proofing processes
* Dough ball preparation and portioning
* Maintaining product consistency and quality
* Supporting kitchen operations and prep work
