Baker (Artisanal & Commercial Bread Expert)
Are you passionate about baking authentic bread from scratch?
We’re looking for a Senior Baker with proven experience in both commercial and artisanal bread production to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
Lead daily bread production — from mixing and fermentation to baking.
Create and refine recipes for sourdoughs, baguettes, and specialty loaves, etc.
Supervise and guide junior bakers to maintain consistent quality.
Ensure top hygiene and safety standards in the bakery.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2+ years of professional bakery experience.
✅ Skilled in scratch baking, dough fermentation, and production scaling.
✅ Leadership mindset and attention to detail.
✅ Ready to start immediately or within short notice.
