1. Pastry chef (specialized in cakes & desserts)

We are looking for a pastry chef ,specialized in cakes and desserts to join our team. If you are passionate, creative and well experienced , we would prefer to hear from you.

Job Type: Full-time

Role

Prefer 5 to 7 years experience in independently preparing different type of cakes.

Able to develop cakes & desserts menu for the shop. (new add on to our current product line)

Able to work independently, lead & train the team .


2. Baker & decorator

Job Type: Full-time

Role

Prefer good piping & designing skills

Previous experience and good knowledge in baking cupcakes, cakes and macarons.

Willingness to learn and explore new techniques of making and decorating custom designed pastry creations for special events or celebrations.

Focuses on successfully accomplishing the daily objectives in the kitchen.

Become individually responsible in areas of baking & decorating the products.


Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent product quality.

Good attention to detail, especially in presentation and measurements.

Knowledge of food safety and proper hygiene practices.

Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet production requirements.

Creative, hardworking, and willing to learn new recipes and techniques.
