Job Title: Female Hostess – Night Club
Department: Food & Beverage / Entertainment
Reports To: Floor Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident, personable, and well-presented Female Hostess to join our night club team. The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, vibrant, and upscale experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and manage table reservations/seating.
Escort guests to their tables and introduce them to the service team.
Maintain a professional, friendly, and engaging presence on the floor.
Assist guests with menu inquiries, special requests, and VIP requirements.
Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and security to ensure smooth operations.
Manage the waiting list during peak hours and handle guest complaints diplomatically.
Promote club events, bottle service, and special offers to guests.
Ensure the hostess stand and entrance area are clean and well-presented at all times.
Adhere to grooming standards and dress code as per club policy.
Follow all company policies on guest privacy, conduct, and safety protocols.

Requirements:
Female, age 21-38 preferred
Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be fluent in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage
Prior experience in hospitality, nightclubs, lounges, or 4/5-star hotels preferred
Ability to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays
Well-groomed, confident, and able to handle high-pressure environments
Valid Bahrain work visa / transferable visa preferred
