Estimator (Joinery Division)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Estimator – Joinery to join our team and lead pre-contract estimation activities for interior fit-out and joinery projects. If you have strong commercial insight and hands-on experience in joinery estimation, we would like to hear from you.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / QS / Construction Management
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in joinery or Carpentry estimation
- Mandatory GCC experience

Role Highlights:
* Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates
* Review drawings, BOQs, and tender documents
* Develop competitive pricing and detailed cost breakdowns
* Coordinate with suppliers and support tender submissions
* Identify risks and propose cost optimization strategies
* Strong knowledge of joinery materials, excellent analytical skills, and advanced MS Excel proficiency.
