Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Inspect all incoming raw materials required for manufacturing against the standard product specifications.
Carry out inspection of finished goods to ensure good quality product, proper packaging & identification (batch no.), clear MTN and maintain record.
Ensure that the raw materials and semi-finished & finished products are within the agreed standard limits by doing thickness/weight analysis, PPM report, MFI Test, dart impact test, cupping test, foil lubricant GSM, wall thickness checking, adhesion test of glue, oil proof/ crack test, oil proof test in hot oil bath, water proof/leak test, container capacity test and viscosity test.
Check all goods returned by the customers and recommend suitable disposal.
Maintain master samples of all of the products produced and all packaging materials.
Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor of any related courses
Male only
Experience in Quality position is a must
Preferably from Manufacturing Industry
