Key Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and manage overall project execution.
Define project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project progress and resolve site issues.
Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Manage project costs and approve expenditures.
Prepare progress reports and conduct project meetings.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Manage risks, delays, and change orders.
Lead and supervise project teams and subcontractors.
Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
Oversee project handover and close-out documentation.
