Job Title: Modern Trade Sales Manager (FMCG)

We are looking for an experienced Modern Trade Sales Manager with a strong background in FMCG to lead key account relationships and drive sales growth across major retail chains.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop modern trade accounts (hypermarkets, supermarkets, key retailers)
- Achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Negotiate trade agreements, promotions, and shelf visibility
- Analyse sales performance and implement growth strategies
- Lead and coordinate with merchandising and sales teams

Requirements:
- Proven experience in FMCG modern trade sales
- Strong negotiation and account management skills
- Data-driven with solid analytical ability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
