We are hiring Floor Polisher

Salary : Negotiable
Duty Hours : 8 Hours / 26 Days

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Surface Preparation: Cleaning, sweeping, and mopping floors to remove dirt, debris, and old wax, ensuring the surface is prepared for polishing.
Machine Operation: Operating heavy-duty equipment, such as industrial floor polishers, buffers, and scrubbers, to create a smooth, shiny finish.
Restoration & Treatment: Stripping old finishes, applying wax, sealants, and polishing compounds to enhance durability and appearance.
Maintenance & Cleaning: Performing regular maintenance on hard surfaces (marble, vinyl, terrazzo) and occasionally deep cleaning carpets.
Equipment Care: Maintaining, cleaning, and inspecting floor machines, pads, and electrical cords to ensure they are in working order.
Safety & Compliance: Following safety protocols (using wet floor signs, managing electrical cords), handling chemicals safely, and complying with health standards.
Specialized Tasks: Repairing cracks in concrete, applying epoxy coatings, and moving furniture to access all areas.
Site Management: Assessing the condition of the floor, identifying repair needs, and managing cleaning supplies.
