About the role
We are a GCC-based last-mile logistics company managing a fleet of 400 delivery riders. We are building a dedicated remote operations desk to monitor our live delivery operations around the clock across our GCC operations.

This is not a call-centre script role. You will be watching a live operations dashboard, spotting problems before they escalate, and coordinating directly with riders, supervisors, and our client. We need people who can think, take ownership, and act quickly.

This is a 24/7 operations environment, so the role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

What you will do
• Order monitoring — Track live orders on the delivery dashboard. Identify delayed, unassigned, or stuck orders and act before they breach SLA.
• Shift attendance — Monitor rider login and attendance against the published roster. Flag no-shows and late starts to the fleet supervisor immediately.
• Rider support — Respond to rider queries during your shift. Escalate app issues, order problems, and on-road incidents through the correct channel.
• Client support — Handle operational queries from our platform partner. Provide accurate status updates and follow through to resolution.
• Shift handover — Complete a written handover at the end of every shift covering open issues, escalations, and anything the next shift must watch.
• Incident escalation — Identify operational issues early and coordinate with supervisors and management to minimise service disruption.

What we require
Essential
• 1–3 years of experience in delivery, logistics, or fleet operations — food delivery, quick commerce, courier, or 3PL
• Hands-on experience with a live dispatch, order tracking, or fleet management dashboard
• Good written and spoken English — you will be communicating with managers, supervisors, and clients
• Fluent spoken Urdu — required. Many of our riders communicate in Urdu and you will speak with them daily
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where operational issues need immediate action
• Comfortable using computers, dashboards, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and other operational tools
• Comfortable working independently without a supervisor in the room

Preferred
• Experience with Talabat, Jahez, HungerStation, Deliveroo, Careem, or a similar delivery operation
• Experience in a control room, NOC, fleet control, dispatch centre, or 24/7 monitoring environment
• Experience managing or coordinating a large number of delivery riders
• Previous experience working with SLA-based operations

Not suitable if you are looking for day-shift-only work or want a role with no accountability for operational outcomes.
