Property Maintenance
We are hiring a Electrician Experienced Electrician with strong background in Facilities Management, specializing in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems. Skilled in handling electrical appliances, motor rewinding, and general building maintenance to ensure smooth and safe facility operations.

🔹 Qualification:
* ITI (Electrician) or equivalent technical certification
•Relevant electrical licenses/certifications preferred

🔹 Requirements:
* Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Property Maintenance within Bahrain or GCC
* Experience working with facilities management companies
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
* ITI (Electrician) or equivalent technical certification
* Relevant electrical licenses/certifications preferred
* Experience in motor rewinding and repair
* Familiarity with HVAC-related electrical work
* Ability to read electrical drawings and diagrams
* Knowledge of safety practices and regulations in Bahrain
* Basic knowledge of general building maintenance
* Good problem-solving and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Good communication skills
* Flexible and able to handle emergency duties
