Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor – Maintenance to oversee and coordinate the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and related building services. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of supervising technicians and ensuring MEP systems operate efficiently with minimum downtime. These responsibilities align with current MEP maintenance supervisor roles in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily MEP maintenance activities and maintenance technicians.
Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance (PPM).
Troubleshoot MEP equipment, AC systems, electrical issues, and building services.
Coordinate emergency repairs and ensure minimum equipment downtime.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential faults and maintenance requirements.
Supervise technicians, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers when required.
Monitor spare parts, tools, materials, and maintenance requirements.
Ensure all maintenance works comply with safety and quality standards.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and work schedules.
Support minor renovation and MEP modification works.
Provide technical guidance and practical solutions to maintenance issues.
Requirements
5–7 years of relevant MEP maintenance/supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Hands-on experience in building/facility MEP maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related technical issues.
Experience supervising technicians and maintenance teams.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read MEP drawings and technical documents.
Bahrain/GCC experience is highly preferred.
Must be currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner is strongly preferred.
Valid Bahrain/GCC driving license is an advantage.
