Job Title: Junior Architect

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in architectural design and be proficient in CAD software, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of architectural designs and drawings
Prepare detailed drawings using CAD software
Support senior architects in project coordination and documentation
Ensure designs comply with project requirements and local regulations
Participate in site visits and assist with project follow-ups
Revise drawings based on feedback and project changes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in AutoCAD (sketchup is a plus)
Good understanding of architectural principles and construction details
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software
Good communication skills
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
